Childbirth Education & Doulas

Services offfered by Doulas vary. Some offer labor support, some will come to your home before the birth, during labor, or offer postpartum help at home after the baby is born. Many are certified by the Doula Organizationof North America "DONA"; www.dona.org can help you locate doulas of several types. Many doulas also offer childbirth education.
